ABOUT ME

Everything,
by design.

I'm Cristina — a strategic designer, entrepreneur, and founder based in Stockholm.

I burned out in 2024. Panic attacks, antidepressants, crying between meetings. For months I thought it was my fault. Then I understood it was the system's design — not mine.

I left corporate with a plan: a financial buffer, a severance package, and a clear idea of what I wanted to build. Not a reckless leap. A strategy.

That strategy led me here.

The pattern I kept seeing

The pattern I kept seeing — in my own life and in the conversations I kept having with women I admire — was this: intelligent, driven women sitting on ideas they hadn't built yet.
Not because they lacked capability. Because they lacked a third option between stay and suffer and quit and figure it out.

I built The Woman Entrepreneur Lab because that third path deserves a method.

Different Formats, Same Intention

Everything I do comes from the same place: making strategy concrete enough to act on. Whether that's your business idea, a product question, or your sense of what you actually want your working life to look like.

Delft University of Technology

My engineering (BSc.) and strategic design (MSc.) background from TU Delft trained me to navigate complex systems and spot patterns. But what sharpened it was actually building — shipping digital products, running customer discovery, and learning the hard way that what gets built and what people want to pay for are often completely different things. That gap is what I've spent my career closing.

A closed community of women in Stockholm who show up for each other, physically, every first Thursday.
Not a networking event — a real community, built slowly and intentionally.
