cmp & co.
tangible strategy for passionate business owners.
cmp & co. is my strategic design agency
Too many strategies end up buried in desk drawers or stuffed into 100-page reports. At CMP & Co., we do strategy differently:
visual, tangible, customer-centered, holistic, and co-created
i do strategy differently.
Built in Stockholm. With the ambition to bring strategic design to its due glory.
Business strategy has historically been synonymous with vagueness for far too long; stuck in the “Strategy Graveyard”.
But there is a much better way to do strategy. And I am here to build that — strategies that are:
Visual and tangible
Customer-centered
Holistic
Co-created
business consultants give you theory.
i give you action.

for passionate business owners.
i help business owners design their next step intentionally.
Running a business shouldn’t feel like running on fumes. Yet, too often, founders end up stuck in survival mode — working harder than ever, but not moving forward.
😵💫 sound familiar?
you’re juggling everything.
Sales, delivery, production, marketing, finances — and you still feel behind.
you somehow have a vision.
You have a dream scenario of where you want your business to go. But it stays in your head and you need help bringing it into actionable steps.
You suspect you’re underpricing.
You have been selling at the same price for a long time now. Raising prices feels risky. But you are realising your pricing model is unsustainable.
growth feels random.
You have been a business owner for some time now. But growth has stagnated. Your customers seem to have changed or need different things from you.
→ If you nodded along for more than one of these, you’re not failing — you’re stuck in survival mode.
And that’s where I come in.
sales feels unnatural.
You have been relying on your existing network to create organic sales. Selling outside of it feels pushy.

Month 6
what a project together looks like.
Every project is unique, but here’s what a journey with me typically looks like.
Kick-off session to understand your goals, challenges, and context. This sets the foundation for all our work ahead.
Audit Review & Vision Workshop
(Workshop 2).
We review findings together and co-create your vision: where you want the business to go next, both realistically and aspirationally.
Strategic Prototypes.
You receive tangible strategy outputs such as:
Visual roadmap (next 6–12 months)
Prototype communication materials (website homepage, social post, flyer)
Customer experience map or journey blueprint
Service blueprint examples
These aren’t theoretical reports but visual prototypes that show how your strategy could come alive.
KPI Review & Success Bonus Decision.
A final session to measure results against agreed KPIs and determine success-based compensation.
If agreed KPIs are reached by Month 6, a success bonus of 5–10% of project value is triggered.
Week 2
Business Audit.
I execute a comprehensive review of your current state, including:
Value proposition (services & products)
Market & competitor landscape
Customer segments (via interviews or reviews)
Online presence & marketing
Finances and pricing models
Week 4
KPI Definition (Workshop 3).
Together we define clear, measurable KPIs for growth and performance, so success is tangible from the start.
Month 2 & 4
Follow-Up Sessions (optional add-ons).
Two check-ins to support implementation and adjust as needed.

A brand designer focuses mainly on how your business looks—logos, colors, visuals, identity.
A strategic designer looks at how your whole business works. That includes your brand, but also your pricing, customer experience, and growth plan. In other words: brand design makes you look good, strategic design makes you work smarter. -
Traditional consultants usually give you a thick report full of recommendations. Helpful, sure—but often abstract.
As a strategic designer, I don’t just tell you what to do, I show you through visual prototypes, roadmaps, and workshops. You walk away with clarity and tangible tools, not just theory. -
Marketing is one piece of the puzzle. If that’s truly your only gap, a marketing agency might be a better fit.
But what often looks like a “marketing problem” is actually a deeper issue —like unclear customer segments, pricing that doesn’t reflect your value, or a brand story that doesn’t match the experience. That’s where I can help. -
I believe you should only pay for results, not fluff. That’s why my pricing has two parts:
Base project fee – A fixed amount we agree up front. This covers the work: workshops, audits, strategy prototypes, and deliverables.
Success bonus – At the start, we agree on KPIs that matter to you.
For example:Grow monthly revenue by 20% in 6 months.
Land 10 new clients outside your current network.
Increase average customer spend by €200.
Six months after we finish, we check in together:
If the KPIs weren’t reached → you only paid the base fee.
If the KPIs were reached → you pay the base fee + a success bonus (a % of the uplift, or a flat fee we agree in advance).
If the KPIs were exceeded → there’s a higher bonus.
Example:
Base fee: €3,000 for a pricing strategy project.
KPI: raise monthly revenue by 20% within 6 months.
Outcome: revenue grows by 25%.
You pay €3,000 + €1,500 success bonus (agreed % of the revenue increase).
This way, we’re both invested in making the strategy actually work—not just making a pretty plan.

Yes. It is a power tool, not a replacement. I’ve built several custom GPTs to analyse (i.e. competitors or value propositions), so you get insights in hours, not weeks. AI is my assistant, so I can dedicate more time to what matters most.
-
Nope. “Design” means problem-solving, not making things pretty.
My job is to translate your strategy into something you can see, understand, and act on. -
Simply put: My business model is anchored on trust.
Because if we don’t reach the outcomes we agreed on, you don’t pay the success fee. The wellbeing of my agency is built upon trust and commitment towards you.
Also, because trust isn’t built in a FAQ. It’s built when we talk.
let’s talk.
